Linda D. Decker
Linda Decker has served as President and CEO of the Flory Small Business Center, Inc. since its creation in 1991. She was an active member of the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of Prince William County when the IDA founded the Flory Center as a public/private partnership with the mission of business development, retention and expansion.
As an advocate for the Center’s small business clients, Mrs. Decker has served in several organizations including six years (the longest tenure allowed by law) on the U.S. Small Business Administration’s National Advisory Council (NAC). Since January 2011, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs. Decker was appointed by the Prince William Board of County Supervisors to serve on the Prince William County Economic Development Task Force (EDTF) and currently serves on the Prince William County Economic Development Alliance, where she chairs the Small Business Committee. Mrs. Decker has been recognized with two national awards and is the recipient of several federal, state, and local awards.
She is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
