Submittal of this completed form indicates your publication meets the eligibility criteria stated in the OA Publishing Fund Guidelines. This request will be reviewed for eligibility after which you will be notified as to whether it was approved. Remember, authors who are allowed to use grant funds for publication fees are asked not to apply for OAPF monies.
