Research Assistance
Librarians and reference staff are available to meet with individuals and small groups to provide in depth research and reference support. Help is also available at the Reference Desk, by telephone, email, and through iMasonLibraries, the Libraries' Instant Messaging Service.

Instruction
Librarians and reference staff provide instruction on library resources and research to academic classes and individuals. Library workshops teach basic research skills as well as more advanced research technique, systems and software.

Collection Development
Liaison Librarians select the materials you currently see in the Libraries with input from academic departments and programs, faculty and students. We encourage library users to recommend items for the University Libraries.
