ICONCLASS Browser
The ICONCLASS Browser is a tool for persons engaged in iconographical research or in the documentation of images, particularly for people working with ICONCLASS in computer projects. ICONCLASS is a collection of ready-made definiti ons of objects, persons, events, situations and abstract ideas that can be the subject of an image. ICONCLASS organizes iconography into 10 'main divisions' in which the definitions are ordered hierarchically.

Mythmedia: Mythology in Western Art **
Mythmedia was prepared in The Library of The University of Haifa by Ora Zehavi, and by Dr. Sonia Klinger from the Department of Art History. The purpose of the project is to form a collection of art images relating to Classical myt hology.

Dictionary of Symbolism
Part of the University of Michigan's Fantasy and Science Fiction Page. An on-line guide to the significance and meaning of many literary symbols. Includes a bibliography of resources. Individual entries have no citations.
