MEDIA LOAN POLICY
George Mason University Libraries
/ Johnson Center Library
GMU Libraries' Media Collections are housed in
the Johnson Center Library (1st floor)
Visual Materials (including videos, laserdiscs, slides,
16mm films)
- Circulate to GMU Faculty/Staff for a 1 week loan period
- Circulate to GMU Students (only when they have submitted
a signed "Faculty Authorization Form" before check-out) for a
3 day loan period
- May be used "in-house" at media carrels in
the Johnson Center Library during all library hours
Audio Materials (including Compact Discs, L.P. Records,
& Audio Cassettes)
- Circulate to GMU Faculty/Staff/Students for a 2 week
loan period
- May be used "in-house" at media carrels in
the Johnson Center Library during all library hours
Media materials "On Reserve"
- DO NOT CIRCULATE
- May be used "in-house" at media carrels in
the Johnson Center Library during all library hours
