Biography

Yoko Ferguson is a Metadata and Cataloging Librarian at George Mason University Libraries. Before joining Mason, she was the Cataloging Librarian/Chief of Cataloging, Materials Processing & Conservation, and Government Documents Division at The City College of New York (CCNY), City University of New York. Prior to CCNY, she was the Technical Services Librarian at Victor Valley College in California. 

What I do at Mason Libraries

As a Metadata and Cataloging Librarian, I catalog resources for the Special Collection Research Center (SCRC) and enhance, manage, and repair bibliographic data and descriptions in our library catalog. I'm also responsible for creating and updating Name Authority Records for the Library of Congress.
