Have you seen Mercer's new look? From new stacks and expanded study space, to wall quotes and portraits, the 2004/2005 Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters have been busy as we work to better serve patrons. Please drop in to take a look around, or inquire about a tour at the front desks. Please note that Mercer Library has also upgraded reference carrel computers over the past year, and now offers wireless access.

Mercer Library is currently seeking part-time (8-10 hours per week maximum)
Student Assistants with Federal Work Study awards for the Fall & Spring
semesters. Candidates should excel in communication and customer
service skills and will support staff in shelving, shelf-reading, shifting,
inventories, and special projects as needed. Evening and weekend
hours are required. If you know of anyone who might be interested

Short Course
EndNote can help you organize information
for both short and long term projects. Learn how to import bibliographic
citations from many popular Mason Library databases into your personal

NetLibrary Collection IV includes new content from the top academic
and trade publishers in subjects suited for academic and public libraries.
The collection has some new editions of the more popularly used titles
in subjects ranging from business and computer science to education, literature,
history, reference, and much more. It contains 7,659 titles and 10,677
copies. The emphasis is on current (2004) titles forward.
