What is Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?
The George Mason University Libraries Interlibrary Loan service provides access to materials not held in University Libraries’ collections to currently enrolled students, current employees, and faculty emeriti for all colleges in the University except the Antonin Scalia Law School. We have cooperative partnerships with universities regionally, within the state, and worldwide to help get you the research and classroom materials that you need.
What is IntraCampus Loan (ICL) or Document Delivery?
The George Mason University Libraries IntraCampus Loan (ICL) or Document Delivery services provide materials from other campus libraries to you. You can get physical items (like books) delivered from one library location to another (e.g. from Fenwick to Mercer). For some items, you can also request scans of articles and book chapters owned by the libraries. These will be delivered them to you via email in PDF format. Simply request using your library account.
How to Place a Request
