As you continue toward the windows, you’ll pass a group study room on your left. Fenwick Library has more than 70 study rooms, with some specifically designated for graduate students on the 5th floor, and others scattered throughout the building for research, meetings, collaboration, and consultations. Rooms range in size from small to extra-large and are equipped with various technologies. On the third floor there are also 2 rooms designed for students and faculty to film and practice oral presentations. To schedule any of these spaces use the room reservations system found on the library’s website at library.gmu.edu.

SP@RC offices are located on your right. SP@RC stands for Scholarly Production at the Research Commons. The staff here help you with the design, publication or presentation of your research efforts. They can also help you with developing effective presentations, posters, and documents, and offer a wide variety of workshops and one-on-one consultations. library.gmu.edu/sparc
