George Mason University Libraries offer a variety of information instruction opportunities for your courses. Ranging from overviews of basic online systems to subject-specific course lectures on research materials and resources, Mason Librarians are able to provide customized instruction for individuals, groups or classes. We provide drop-in workshops open to all Mason students, faculty and staff as well as online tutorials and course related/integrated instruction.
Course Related/Integrated Instruction
Librarians are available to make class presentations geared to the subject of the course. Covering library research methods, key online systems, electronic resources, Internet and World Wide Web sources and other appropriate materials, librarians can tailor the lecture to assignments, projects, papers, etc.
