Loan Charges

  • $15 (USD) for US/Canada Libraries

  • $15 (USD) or 1 IFLA voucher for international libraries

Billing Methods

  • Invoice

Invoices are sent out as soon as the item is processed and packaged.  In most cases, it is sent with the item. We do not accept credit card payments or wire transfers.  All invoices must be paid in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Replacement copies will not be accepted.

Domestic packages are shipped via USPS Library Rate, international packages are shipped via USPS Air Mail. UPS shipping is available to institutions that supply us with their UPS account number.

Loan Period

84 days - no renewals. Materials are subject to recall at any time.


Any restrictions will be clearly indicated on the pull slip which is placed inside the loaned materials.  Do not affix any type of adhesive to our items (i.e. tape and "removable" labels).
