Charles W. "Chuck" Albo

Chuck Albo

After graduating from college Chuck served as a navigator for the Strategic Air Command in the US, Europe, and Viet Nam. He finished his Air Force career as an analyst in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Program Analysis and Evaluation. After retiring from the Air Force he was a Vice President of Titan Systems, Inc., a Vice President of Systems Planning Corp., and Director of Special Studies at McDonnell Douglas Electronic Systems Company.

Shortly after the fall of the Soviet Union Mr. Albo, together with Soliko Khabashvili and Nana Maraneli, founded Goodwill Communications, Ltd., the first joint venture in the Republic of Georgia, and the first private joint venture in the former Soviet Union. Goodwill installed and operated international  telecommunications services linking the Eastern Europe to the U.S.

Mr. Albo founded Sonus Communications, Inc.,and served as its Chairman and CEO, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sonus Communications Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company with subsidiaries for international long distance service using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service from the United States to Eastern Europe, and Pakistan. He also founded and served as the CEO and a director of Catalyst Network, Inc. which operated voice and Internet communications between the US and Cuba.

Mr. Albo has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Dartmouth College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire, and a Masters degree in Systems Analysis from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
